Utilizing his experience and relationships in the development arena, the company has experienced steady growth and expansion without compromising quality and attention to clients needs. Jack wanted the company to be among the best, not the biggest. Today the company's focus remains the same. The firm's clients continue to be served directly by the president and its principals, with client satisfaction being the highest priority in each project undertaken. Jack's building experience spans more than 20 years in the construction industry. His work prior to forming his own business gave him a broad-based foundation in all facets of development and construction trades. He has overseen the planning and construction of developments with major builders such as Ryland Homes, The Buie Corporation and The Douglas Allred Company, all based in San Diego. Over the years, Mr. Burger's keen understanding of asset management, real estate development, purchasing, contract administration, site supervision, capital budgeting and property management has provided clients with outstanding quality construction. Jack graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Jack is a current Board Member for the NAIOP San Diego Chapter and serves as a Head Chair for the Visibility committee. He is also a member of BOMA’s San Diego Chapter. Additionally, Jack is an active fund-raiser for local organizations such as Rebuilding Together with Christmas in April, HomeAid San Diego, Big Brothers & Sisters San Diego, Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito, San Diego Children’s Center, Project Mercy and many others.
