Burger provided construction services for this prominent law firm, including expanding their current office space by combining 2 floors while maintaining full operations within the facility. Scope encompassed the demolition and reconstruction of interior partitions, doors, glazing, lighting, and finishes, complemented by new electrical outlets and modifications to ductwork, fire sprinklers, and fire alarm systems to align with the updated layout. Within Suite 2600, existing storage and open office areas were reimagined as a new meeting room, seamlessly integrating the expanded space.
