  As Vice President, Mr. Knight is responsible for the management of the entire Burger Construction Project team. Mr. Knight's primary responsibilities are assessing client needs, negotiating contract agreements, subcontractor management, project management and business operations.

Bob Knight has been associated with Jack Burger for over two decades where they first "cut their teeth" in San Diego development working with Lion Construction. While working for The Douglas Allred Company, Brehm Communities, and The Lomas Santa Fe Development Corporation, Mr. Knight has constructed, commercial tilt-up facilities, residential communities, and retail centers throughout San Diego County.

His notable projects include the construction of retail and auto facilities on Miramar Road, Tilt-up facilities in Carlsbad and the renovation of the Lomas Santa Fe Towne Center in Solana Beach which included the expansion of Marshall's Department Store, Grossmont Bank, and the addition of 20,000 feet of retail space.

Bob graduated from San Diego State University and periodically revisits his alma mater while attending construction seminars. He holds a California Contractors license and is involved in community activities.

Mr. Knight resides near his childhood Point Loma home and he regularly surfs and sport fishes with his three grown children.
