Should the project's plans change or alternative building methods be identified, we supply revised estimates that ensure value engineering.           VALUE ENGINEERING     We place special emphasis on identifying better and less expensive building alternatives that meet or exceed your project's goals. These alternatives are best identified at the time project plans and specs are developed.           SITE PREPARATION     Determining what conditions exist at the project's site prior to the development of construction documents can help avoid change orders and costly mistakes later. More importantly, our team keeps you informed of our progress throughout the project.           CLOSE OUT PACKAGES     We provide a close out package at the completion of every project which includes a copy of the Inspection Record filed with the city, a list of subcontractors and vendors, a listing of permit numbers, an "as built" finish schedule with samples, warranties, lien releases, and any owners manuals.           AS BUILT DRAWINGS     During the construction of your project, the Project Manager records changes or alterations of the project in red ink on the plans which establish the updated "as built" drawings. These can be drafted on to the original blue prints for a permanent record.
