Inovio Pharmaceuticals exists to revolutionize the fight against cancer and infectious disease. This project included creative office elements, open ceiling design, a clean room, production labs, multiple kitchens, warehouse and shipping with hi-bay, colored polished concrete floor, and (5) engineering labs. The project was completed on a 18-week schedule.
