Interior tenant improvement of approximately 17,000 SF of office space on the 7th floor of a downtown San Diego high-rise. The project features custom operable wood doors, acoustical glass partitions, specialty ceilings, and decorative finishes, creating a modern, high-end environment. A Hummingbird Air Purification System was integrated to enhance indoor air quality and occupant comfort.
