Vista Sorrento Labs (VSL) is a four-story speculative shell building that Burger Construction and McFarlane collectively transformed into four turnkey spec lab suites, with full infrastructure installed to support future lab build-outs on the remaining floors.
The completed suites include fully equipped laboratory areas featuring new fume hoods, lab benching, and integrated utility services, compressed air, vacuum, and electrical at all bench locations and hoods. Each suite also includes office spaces, open work areas, and a breakroom, all move-in ready for prospective tenants.
As part of the base-building improvements, our team installed the infrastructure for the two remaining floors, including lab exhaust risers and shaft extensions to accommodate future tenant requirements.
On the ground floor, Burger constructed a shared conference center for all tenants, along with a common-area fitness facility for future occupant use.
