Renovation of a 150,000 sf 8 building flex industrial and retail business park in Carlsbad Work included site and building renovations including; landscape renovations, full campus and suite signage, remove and replacement of all hardscape addressing site access and ADA compliance, façade renovations on all buildings, reroofing of 5 buildings, select HVAC replacement, replacement of all storefront entry system along with construction of a fitness center, retail golf training center, and campus amenities center. All work was completed while campus was 100% occupied with approximately 30 individual tenants.
