This project was a capital expenditure to renovate an aging downtown building into a bustling Class A business center. Highlights include new steel roof structure to accommodate new HVAC and utilities, a 5-story display screen in the lobby, a new sun deck on the exterior 2nd floor with a cafe, new fire life safety, lobby, elevator finishes, and exterior cladding of the building with architectural metal. After the site reposition project, Burger has built out multiple tenant suites in the building for high profile names such as Perkins Will Architects and The Conrad Prebys Foundation.
