UCSD Fertility was a tenant improvement project to demolish an existing suite and build out a new fertility clinic. Highlights of the buildout include new MEP infrastructure, fume hood installation, exam rooms for men’s and women’s fertility clinics, and a secured waiting area. The project was completed on a 16-week duration.
